• $34.00
• $40.00 hourly rate (depending on experience
• 9:00am
• 5:30pm Monday
• Friday

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

MSW and BSW from an accredited College or University required
Certified or licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Social Work Examiners (LSW or CSW)
Current New Jersey Driver’s License.
Minimum of 3 years of Long Term Care Experience and 1 year supervisory experience in a health care setting. Geriatric experience strongly preferred.
Flu vaccine required during flu season

We also offerprehensive post-acute rehabilitation with round-the-clock skilled and sub-acute nursing services.
