Supervisor Duties:
Duties for an after-school supervisor typically include: 1.
- Supervising Students
- : Ensure the safety and well-being of students during after-school hours. This involves monitoring their activities, behavior, and interactions with others. 2.
- Implementing Policies and Procedures
- : Enforce school or program policies and procedures to maintain a structured environment. This may include rules regarding behavior, attendance, and use of facilities. 3.
- Assisting with Homework and Activities
- : Provide academic support by helping students with their homework or facilitating educational activities. This could involve tutoring in specific subjects or organizing enrichment programs. 4.
- Organizing Recreational Activities
- : Plan and coordinate recreational and social activities for students to participate in after school. These activities could include sports, arts and crafts, games, or clubs. 5.
- Managing Facilities
- : Ensure that the facility is clean, safe, and properly maintained. This may involve setting up rooms for activities, monitoring equipment usage, and reporting any maintenance issues. 6.
