Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, social work, and child welfare, with a passion for making a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and support services to individuals and families
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Supervise and mentor social work interns
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients
• Assist with workforce development programs
• Advocate for clients within the healthcare system
• Work with child welfare agencies and Section 8 housing programs

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work and current LMSW license
• Experience in behavioral health and child welfare settings
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques
• Strong mentoring and supervisory skills
