Full-Time, Onsite Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to join our team in Delhi, NY . This is a full-time, onsite role focused on supporting students’ social-emotional and behavioral development within the school setting.
Requirements:
Valid PEL or clinical license ( LCSW or LSW ) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite social-emotional learning (SEL) support to students across various grade levels Collaborate with educators to integrate SEL education into the classroom environment Utilize Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) techniques and restorative practices to manage and resolve behavioral issues Support students through behavioral de-escalation strategies Work closely with school staff, students, and families to build a positive and inclusive learning environment
Preferred Experience:
Experience with TCI (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention) Background in Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) instruction Familiarity with restorative justice practices and proactive behavior support How to
