Job Description

Hourly Pay Range:

$23-$25.40

Shift:

Monday-Friday Responsible for internal quality improvement reviews of agency programs and service delivery.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Responsible for comprehensive review and support of designated programs and service delivery. Works with program team members to identify and help remediate identified issues. Also supports team members by coaching and training on identified areas of need. Responsible for reporting generation of reviews. Responsible for attending state surveys and exit interviews of state surveys as assigned. Responsible for satisfaction surveys, as assigned. Responsible for reviewing agency closed incidents, as assigned. Responsible for ensuring confidential and potentially sensitive information is processed, maintained, and utilized according to agency policy & procedure. Comply with all agency policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

2- year degree in human services or related area and 5 years related experience, or high school with 7 years’ experience. Working knowledge of developmental disabilities. Ability to organize and manage multiple reviews. Must have sound judgment, flexibility, and dependability. Computer knowledge and skills.
