As the Youth and Family Caseworker / Outreach Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in individuals’ lives, making a significant impact through: Provide crisis, individual, and family counseling on a short-term basis to residential and non-residential youth who have: run away, are at risk of running away, have been kicked out of their homes, or are homeless. Share 24-hour on-call responsibilities on a rotating schedule. Sign and uphold policy on client confidentiality and disclosure of information. Provide and present assistance, legal rights and options, and encouragement to enable youth and their families to actively work toward a solution to pre-established goals.

Hour Health Home Care Coordinator Maximum Salary:

$19.00 /

Hour Health Home Care Coordinator Schedule:

Monday•Friday 8:00AM•3:30PM; Occasional shift of 3:30PM to 8:00PM needed.

Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Human services or related field. 1 to 3 Years experience working with at•risk youth.
