Duties:

Provide guidance, support, and strategies to address the child and family’s needs. Follow and implement an individualized plan to address goals for the child and family. Foster positive relationship with child to promote growth and development. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure the well-being of the child.

Skills:

Experience in behavior strategies, childcare, special education, or related fields. Strong mentoring and educational skills. Knowledge of child welfare practices and behavioral health. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Availability needed after school hours and weekends. compensation rate $25-$40 an hour, based on experience, education and skill level. Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma, BA is a plus.
