Essential Job Functions:

We are looking for an individual who welcomes the challenge and satisfaction of providing essential outpatient psychiatric care to cardiac patients and their families. Cardiology Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Position Requirements Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Social Work, required. Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required. Social worker with eligibility for New York State licensure. Experience performing intake evaluations and providing psychotherapy and care coordination/case management services for adults.

Preferred Qualifications:

Clinical experience in an adult psychiatry outpatient program, including cognitive behavioral, motivational and group therapy. Track record of teaching experience in Psychiatry.
