Social Work :

Total Rewards:

The social worker functions as a member of a multidisciplinary team. This position provides for individual and group interventions to veterans accepted into the SUDRRTP program. The social worker provides on-going case management and trement interventions to promote abstinence and general psychiric stability. The social worker must be able to develop approprie professional relionships with the Veterans and meet the Veteran where he or she is ready to engage in trement. The social worker also will need to develop liaison relionships with other providers/programs, such as veteran industries, outpient substance abuse and PTSD programming. Other duties include but are not limited to: Provide direct evidenced based trements and social work services including individual and group therapies. Provide all necessary assessment functions, e.g. interviewing, psychosocial histories, and SUD assessments to aid in the development of trement plans. Develop comprehensive trement plans with the Veteran th address the factors th contribute to substance abuse and other co-occurring factors within a recovery model framework. Provide recovery-oriented evidenced based trement with the goal to realize the Veteran’s trement client centered goals, and reassesses and revises goals as indiced by the Veteran’s engagement in trement. Provide approprie clinical documention for all contacts with or about Veterans in a timely manner and within policy guidelines. Collect stistical da and review the da to improve performance and delivery of services Veterans. Provide a full array of Social Work and Case Management Services as needed by the program. Works as a member of a multi-disciplinary trement team to maximize benefit of trement services provided.

Work Schedule :

Full-Time; Monday-Friday 8:00 AM- 4:30

PM Pay:

Competitive salary and regular salary increases. When setting pay, a higher step re of the approprie grade may be determined after considerion of higher or unique qualificions or special needs of the VA (Above Minimum Re of the Grade).

Paid Time Off:
