This job entails working with high school student at the After-School Program.
Professional Expectations :
The After-School Coordinator will present a competent and positive image of The Living Well Mission through the professional and safe coordination of all after school programming, quantified by completion of the key areas of responsibility and continuous improvement of the program and systems. Implement and manage daily schedules, including educational and recreational programs. Provide support in behavior management and conflict resolution among students. Collaborate with parents and staff to address individual needs, including special education requirements. Maintain accurate records of attendance and incidents, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
Compensation :
This is a grant funded position and will be reviewed each year. Personnel policy governs work conditions and benefits. The first 90 days of employment are considered a trial period at which time performance will be evaluated by the Executive Director. Have a valid NYS drivers license and reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check
Salary:
$21/hr.
Hours:
35 hours/week. Must be available until 5pm on program days
Timeframe:
This is a full time, 12 month position
