Position Title:
Director of Social Services Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Requires demonstrated professional knowledge and skills necessary to plan, organize, and develop support services for our current residents and their families; the ability to establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with residents, families, and staff; knowledge of the inquiry and admissions process; effective verbal and written English communication; lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in social work or a bachelor’s degree in a human services field including, but not limited to, sociology, gerontology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, and psychology
Experience :
One year of supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals.
Certificate/Licenses :
Bachelor’s degree in social work or a bachelor’s degree in a human services field including, but not limited to, sociology, gerontology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, and psychology
