ProgramManager Right At School provides local school districts before andafter school extended day programs with a focus on disguisedlearning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the successof all students! ProgramHours:

Monday-Friday 6:30am-8:45am and 2:50pm-6:00pm You’ll drivethe mission by:•

Safety & Joy:

Exhibits role model qualitiesensuring safety and joy standards are met by supporting a clearunderstanding of the roles and responsibilities to a team of staffmembers. Supports operational efficiency by keeping site documentsand licensing standards up to date. Outlines attendance protocols,behavior policies, safety procedures, and ensures program tasks arecompleted effectively. ;Continual coaching, fostering respectfulrelationships among staff to address any challenges or issuespromptly to maintain team cohesion, and productivity.

  • SafetyAssurance:

    Consistently support and report on safety protocols toensure the well-being of all participants. Identify and mitigateany potential risks within the program environment.

EffectiveCommunication:

Engage meaningfully with families, client partners,peers, and children to support effective communication andrelationship building. Respond promptly to emails, text messages,and inquiries during program hours to ensure transparency andtrust. Communicate and collaborate regularly with the Area Managerto support outlined program goals and assist in implementingchanges or processes as guided.•

Documentation and Compliance:

Maintain accurate records for student check-ins and check-outs.

Ensure “name to face” attendance procedures are completed percompany policy.

  • Daily Routine:

    Implement daily activities,fitness fun, and curriculum while providing a safe and engagingenvironment. Ideal Candidates will have the following:

  • Experiencewith working amongst competing priorities and delivering qualityservice to all stakeholders
  • High school diploma or GED completed
  • Experience working with children and knowledge of unique andspecial needs
  • Coursework or training in child development and/orrelated field
  • Communication skills; oral, written, and visualwith adults and children
  • Ability to model professional standardswhen dealing with students, parents, staff, and community
  • Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn
Pennsylvania Requirements:
  • Ability to meet state-specificrequirements;
  • First Aid and CPR-in-person
  • Cleared tuberculosistest
  • Proof of MMR
  • 18 years of age
  • Proof of High Schooldiploma/GED required
  • At least 1 year of prior experiencesupervising others
  • High school diploma or GED completed
  • Aminimum of 2 years experience working with children and knowledgeof unique and special needs in a formal childcare setting
  • 30college credits in childcare related coursework
