This position involves coordinating various programs and resources while fostering strong relationships with clients, families, and service providers. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative skills and a passion for supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals. Duties Coordinate and oversee service delivery for individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Develop and implement individualized service plans that address the unique needs of each client. Manage program development initiatives to enhance service offerings and improve client outcomes. Work closely with staff involved in the delivery of services, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to client services, program activities, and administrative tasks. Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and community partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Conduct regular assessments of client progress and adjust service plans as necessary to meet changing needs. Experience Proven experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Strong background in administrative functions, including record keeping and report generation. Familiarity with behavioral health and deveopmental delays principles and practices is a plus Demonstrated ability in relationship management, fostering trust and collaboration among diverse stakeholders A background in social work or related fields will be beneficial for understanding client needs and navigating available resources.
