Requirements:

Who We’re Looking For A background in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is ideal, with a Master’s degree preferred but not required. Experience in social services is a must—bonus points if you’ve worked in a retirement community! A natural communicator who connects easily with residents, families, and team members, with a knack for empathy and respect. Someone with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office is a must) and the strength to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
