Family Engagement Facilitator 2025•2026
Position:
Family Engagement Facilitator
Location:
Inman Elementary and Holly Springs Motlow Elementary
Reports to: Early Childhood and Elementary Coordinator
Job Goal:
To serve as a liaison between the school administrators, faculty, staff, students, and students’ families in efforts to assist with community needs and school involvement.

Days Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and/or Psychology, preferred
Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills
Performance Responsibilities:
Make home visits to parents and children with behavior, financial, and academic and attendance concerns. Assist with the families’ needs.
Serve as a liaison with DSS and Head Start. Coordinate and attend district and school family events. Assist with building relationships between school and home with families.
Assist in facilitating small groups for students with social and emotional needs.
Assist in parent conferences, when applicable.
Other duties as assigned.
