In this role, you will be working with a diverse range of families, and community partners to ensure that the voices of children and youth are heard. The Child Advocacy Case Manager will identify and assess the needs of children and youth, develop individual plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the appropriate resources and services are provided. The qualified Child Advocacy Case Manager will: Assess and engage families in service planning based on demonstrated needs. Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence based and best practice approaches. Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary. The qualified Child Advocacy Case Manager will have: Bachelor’s Degree required. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle. Pass current, applicable clearances. Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening. Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
