Job Summary
The Positive School Supports Coordinator is tasked with managing programs aimed at reducing exclusionary discipline within the district.
What you will do
Analyze school-wide and district data to guide effective discipline practices.
Co-chair the Climate and Culture team.
Coordinate and manage district-wide threat assessment protocols and train schools in conducting building-level threat assessments.
Organize events and opportunities to help schools implement best discipline practices.
Lead student voice groups to gather feedback on relevant school and district issues.
Collaborate with ALCs on best practices for student transitions.
Supervise Transition Specialists to ensure the fidelity of the transition process.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Administration, Criminal Justice or Social Services Required
Skills and Abilities
Proficient in computer applications, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communications
Applicable knowledge of grant operations/compliance and data analysis

$80,067.82
Salaries are determined by factors relevant to the position which may include education, experience, and other qualifications. Final compensation decisions are made at the discretion of MNPS in alignment with organizational policies and procedures. The stated salary range for certificated teaching positions is calculated based on 201 days and should be viewed as a reference. All provided salary ranges serve as a general guideline.
