Qualifications:
Current student at Lipscomb Academy (must be entering 9th-12th grade). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work well with children in a camp setting. A positive, team-oriented attitude. Reliability, responsibility, and punctuality are essential. Previous experience with children (e.g., babysitting, tutoring, or volunteering) is a plus but not required.
