You will coordinate programs and services that address the social, emotional, and academic needs of students while strengthening family and community partnerships. Your role will be both strategic and hands-on : You’ll work side-by-side with the school principal, teachers, students, and families. You’ll identify gaps in resources and bring together partners to fill them. You’ll design and implement after-school programs, family events, and student supports that reflect the unique needs of your school community. What You’ll Do Coordinate services and resources for students and families, ensuring they have access to social, emotional, and academic supports. Develop and sustain strong relationships with school staff, families, and community partners. Lead collaborative efforts between the school and external organizations to create a supportive learning environment. Design and oversee after-school programming that provides academic enrichment and promotes positive youth development. Organize family engagement activities that strengthen the school-to-home connection. Track and evaluate program outcomes to ensure services are effective and impactful. Supervise and support After-School Program Assistants to maintain high-quality programming and positive student engagement. Two or more years of experience in a school or nonprofit setting. Supervisory experience is a plus. Familiarity with the Community Schools Model is ideal, but not required. Comfortable using Google Suite and Microsoft Office. Must be dependable, organized, and passionate about serving students and families. Schedule and Environment Monday

- 5:30 pm; Friday, 8:30 am
- 12:30 pm.
Occasional evenings and weekends to support events and programming. Based in a Northern Hamilton County High School with occasional off-site meetings. Physical Requirements Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift (up to 20 lbs.). Manual dexterity for operating computers and office equipment.
