The incumbent assumes the administrive and clinical responsibility for the management of the assigned employees of any person-class who function within the outpient clinic setting, while consulting and collaboring with Chief of Mental Health Outpient Services on daily operions. The incumbent is directly responsible for the success of mental health services delivered through the Outpient Mental Health Clinic, while also contributing to the administrive oversight of outpient psychotherapists multiple locions (i.e., Morristown, Norton, Sevierville, and Bristol). Additionally, the Program Manager will provide administrive assistance to the Chief of Outpient Mental Health, Deputy ACOS for MH, and ACOS for MH, in support of the full range of psychotherapeutic service provision within the Service. Duties include but are not limited to: Plans, implements, and provides clinical and managerial oversight to Clinical Services within the Mental Health Outpient Services, primarily through CBOCs, including requirements for staff, program coordinion, educion and training activities, and clinical consultion. Has direct or indirect (through subordine supervision) administrive and professional supervision of subordines. Ensures efficient operions for the provision of services through the CBOCs and MHC. Assures th staff members are trained and competent to perform the duties assigned.
