What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver psychotherapy to aging adults in skilled nursing/long-term care facilities Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to guide patient-centered care Perform clinical assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions Be a trusted advocate for improving emotional health and daily quality of life

What You’ll Need:

Current LPC, LMHC, or LMFT license in Tennessee Ability to practice and bill independently without supervisory oversight A heart for older adults and the patience and empathy to match Solid communication skills and a collaborative spirit When you help patients feel seen and heard in their later years, it�s more than therapy
