- Head Start Lead Teacher
- $22.52-$26.87/hour, Generous benefits including: paid time off,medical/dental, paid training. $3,000 sign on bonus. Full time (2 hours/ day of paid prep time).

Leading and managing a classroomDeveloping a caring, supportive atmosphere for children and theirparentsProviding an effective learning environment within the classroom withthe focus on school readiness skillsCollaborating with other teachers and staff to support each individualchilds needs.

- What is Required
- BA in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (early childhoodeducation coursework) requiredTeaching License with Early Childhood Education Endorsement preferredAt least two years of experience working within a preschool classroomMust have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation with personalautomobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levels mandatedby the State of Vermont.
- Successful completion of a criminal history background check afterhire.
