ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete crisis assessments, including child and adolescentaddendum and Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) Answerall crisis dispatches, and respond face-to-face to all crisis callswithin an average of 60 minutes. Assess for safety and completeinvoluntary commitment as needed (LCSW and LPC only) Develop crisissafety plans and assist in facilitating linkage to the appropriatelevel of care Follow up with individual’s provider, as appropriateto ensure they adhere to crisis-service-recommendedsupport/service. Facilitate referrals quickly to prevent escalationof crisis Ensure customer service satisfaction surveys are given toconsumers of crisis services Provide crisis follow-up serviceswithin 24 hours of crisis disposition for youth served, as well asany other individuals for whom it is clinically appropriateComplete necessary documentation in accordance with applicablepolicies and procedures, to meet all regulatory requirements andfacilitate reimbursement through primary funding sources

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be a licensed LCSW, LPC or LMFT Valid CPR andFirst Aide Certification Valid Driver’s License and Auto insuranceMust be computer literate Must be willing to flex scheduleaccordingly Must maintain any applicable license, training, and/orcertifications Experience working with individuals with mentalillness, emotional disorders and substance related disorderspreferred If interested apply on-line at:www.
