Job Summary:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with a variety of mental health and emotional issues. The LCSW will also conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and primary care physicians.
Participate in case conferences and team meetings.
Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements.
