We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team in Nashua, NH. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans to support individuals, families, and groups in achieving optimal mental health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and goals. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families. Provide therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy. Offer crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of New Hampshire OR MSW working on clinical hours! Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in a community or outpatient setting. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
