Primary Responsibilities:

/n /n

• Screen and assesspatients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders /n
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions using variousapproaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialecticalbehavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods /n
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients forchanges in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects orcomplications /n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronicmedical records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliancewith all regulatory requirements /n /n /n You’ll be rewarded andrecognized for your performance in an environment that willchallenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes tosucceed in your role as well as provide development for other rolesyou may be interested in

Required Qualifications:

/n /n

• Master’sdegree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field /n
• Must have a clear, active and unrestricted license (Independentlicense/unrestricted Full LCSW) in the state of practice /n /n /n

Preferred Qualifications:

/n /n

• 2 years professional social work/ clinical experience post Master’s degree /n
• Experienceproviding direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families/n
• Experience working with computers for professionalcommunication and medical documentation
• Excel, Outlook, AthenaRMS (or other EHRs) /n
• Ability to work both independently andcollaboratively with equal effectiveness /n /n /n

New YorkResidents Only:

The salary range for this role is $58,300 to$114,300 annually. Pay is based on several factors including butnot limited to local labor markets, education, work experience,certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimumwage laws as applicable.
