Our Brands Responsibilities:

The Family Development Specialist supports clients and families bydeveloping and implementing treatment plans, providing therapeuticinterventions, and linking them to necessary services. This roleinvolves effective communication, compliance with regulatorystandards, thorough documentation, and active recruitment of newreferrals. Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinatecare for clients and families with the input of the treatment teamand the Clinical Supervisor. Provide individual, group, and familytherapeutic interventions, as well as skill-building, outlined inthe Treatment Plan. Attend and actively participate in weeklyTreatment Team meetings. Link clients and families with specificservices and resources as identified in the treatment plan. Serveas a liaison with other professionals, agencies, and communityresources related to the client, ensuring their needs are met in acomprehensive manner. Maintain accurate and timely documentation ofall client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes incompliance with organizational policy and regulatory standards.

Actively recruit new referrals to maintain a full caseload. Provide24/7 on-call support for clients as required by the program. Ensurecompliance with all state regulatory bodies and COA standards.

Participate in ongoing training and professional developmentactivities as assigned, to stay current with best practices forquality service delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree inhuman service discipline, including but not limited to Social Work,Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Criminal Justice or a relatedfield. Minimum of two years experience working with children and/orfamilies. This experience may include internships and volunteerwork. Be Well with
