As a Licensed ClinicalTherapist / Independent Licensed Therapist, you will treat a widevariety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of ourdiverse patient population. You will provide patients withbehavioral and mental health treatments, including individual andgroup therapy, and intensive outpatient programs.

PrimaryResponsibilities:

• Provide treatment for a variety of mentalhealth conditions using treatment approaches including cognitivebehavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and otherevidence-based methods in a school setting
• Maintain accurate andup-to-date electronic medical records (Athena) and clinicaldocumentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirementsYou’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in anenvironment that will challenge you and give you clear direction onwhat it takes to succeed in your role as well as providedevelopment for other roles you may be interested in.

RequiredQualifications:

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or arelated counseling field
• Clear, active and unrestricted license(LCSW, LPC) in the state of

Arkansas Preferred Qualifications:

• 2years of professional social work / clinical experience postMaster’s degree
• Experience providing direct psychotherapyservices to individuals and families
• Experience working withcomputers for professional communication and medical documentation- Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)
• Ability to work bothindependently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness Thesalary range for this role is $53,800 to $114,300 annually based onfull-time employment.
