Overview:

Family Centers is a private, non-profit organization offering education and human services to children, adults, and families living in Lower Fairfield County. Our counseling and mental health services help individuals, groups, couples and families resolve a wide range of personal and relationship issues. All services are facilitated by trained mental health professionals and provided in our licensed and accredited centers located in Greenwich and Stamford.

The Role:

Family Centers is currently seeking a licensed bilingual clinician (LCSW or LPC) to provide mental health services to clients in our NEW Greenwich clinic. The bilingual clinician will work closely with the primary health care team at this location to provide integrated behavioral health care leading to improved health outcomes for our clients. Clinician’s responsibilities include, Providing comprehensive assessments and psychotherapy to individuals (children and adults), families, couples, and groups in need of mental health treatment. Identifying client’s psychosocial needs utilizing the Social Determinants of Health and providing referrals and resources Collaborating and providing mental health consultation to medical staff and leading workshops and trainings related to mental health. This is an in-person Bilingual LCSW or LPC position based out of Family Centers’ Holly Hill location. Work on a dynamic, multidisciplinary team including psychiatric and medical professionals. Qualifications:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCW, LPC, LMFT licensure in CT or ability to obtain) Bilingual Spanish Experience working with a wide range of populations Knowledge and experience with electronic health records Strong clinical skills and experience using evidence-based models with adults, children and families. Able to engage in therapeutic practices in accordance with all HIPAA, state, federal, licensing, and accrediting bodies.
