Completebio-psychosocial assessment of assigned clients within 24 hours ofadmission. Counsel substance abuse and dual diagnosis clients,individually and in group sessions, to assist in overcomingdependencies, adjusting to life, and making changes. Complete andmaintain accurate records and reports regarding the patients’histories and progress, services provided, and other requiredinformation. Develop individualized client treatment plans within 7days of admission, based on research, clinical experience, andclient histories. Review and evaluate clients’ progress in relationto measurable goals and objectives described in treatment and careplans. Interview clients, review records, and confer with otherprofessionals in order to evaluate individuals’ mental and physicalcondition, and to determine their suitability for participation ina specific program. Intervene as advocate for clients or patientsin order to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations. Whoare we looking for? A master’s degree from an accredited universityor collage with a major in social work, counseling, psychologynursing, rehabilitation, special education, health education orrelated human services field. LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or LicensedPsychologist At least one year of related experience Training inthe treatment of behavioral health disorders, human growth anddevelopment, evaluations, assignments, treatment planning, basiccounseling and behavior management interventions, case management,clinical record documentation, psychopharmacology, abuseregulations, and recipient rights. Knowledge of the Baker Act ispreferred.

Drivers Requirement:
Musthave a current Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving recordwhile meeting company insurance requirements. In order to qualifyas a Center Driver, the candidate must at least 21 years of age andhave an active Florida Driver’s license. Motor Vehicle Record willbe reviewed for eligibility.
