Rhodium Care Group is currently seeking an LPC, LMHC, or LMFT to work full time (5days/week) at 2 skilled nursing facilities in Jacksonville, Florida. Scheduling is flexible and no weekends involved! Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Provider will see geriatric patients for inpatient therapy services. Knowledge of clinical work theory and practice, skills in clinical assessment, treatment plan development and implementation, group and individual treatment and case management. Provide for clients’ needs in an effective, culturally sensitive, professional and ethical manner. Other related duties as deemed necessary by employer or assigned facility.

We Require:

Master’s in Counseling or equivalent degree from an accredited university. One year of licensed experience strongly preferred . Valid and unrestricted licensure in Virginia as an

LPC/LMHC/LMFT

in accordance with the regulations of the state. Must be able to meet the credentialing requirements of the employer, Medicare and Medicaid and other payers as deemed necessary.
