• Devereux Florida provides programs and services for children and families.

Based out of Orlando, FL, with a coverage area of Orange, Seminole, and Osceola counties, this position with the Neighborhood Center for Families Program is responsible for: + Providing therapy to children and families; this is a community based program and the position will be housed at a Community Center. + Providing intensive services, assessing clients, and formulating individualized multidisciplinary treatment plans. + Consulting with and training parents on therapeutic interventions and behavioral programs. + Working with treatment team members and case managers; on-call telephone support for crisis and emergency situations on a rotating basis.

• This position starts at $50,000 / annual. Salary is based on relevant education and experience.

• Qualifications

• Education and Licensure:

• + Master’s degree in the field of counseling, social work, psychology _required_ + Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor or Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Florida _preferred_

• Experience:

• + Two years’ experience working directly with children, adolescents and families OR related experience working under the direct supervision of a licensed clinician _preferred_

• Other Requirements:

• + Valid Driver’s license + Mustbe willing to meet clients in community setting.

+ Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test and TB Test.
