Establish positive, therapeutic, supportive and trusting relationships with clients. Participates in continuing education and training to facilitate best scientific practices. Complete all paperwork and documentation in an accurate and timely manner. Update and maintain adequate notes about client visits in EMR system (Sunwave). Maintain clinical records according to program policies and those of licensing and accrediting agencies. Responds to crisis with appropriate de-escalation techniques an communicates with other team members as needed. Continually assess client situations and provide the proper ongoing treatments Educate and involve family members or other loved ones in the treatment process when necessary Maintain the strictest confidentiality of each client situation. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related human services field or Bachelors degree in a human services field. Master’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related human services field or Bachelors degree in a human services field.
