Clinical Director GreenLee Behavioral Health Services (GBHS) is a community-based core agency. We provide an array of mental/behavioral health services to help a diverse population of children, adolescents, adults, and their families. Key Functions:
The primary role of the Mental Health Assessor is to conduct biopsychosocial assessments for the purpose of gaining background information from the individual’s perspective and diagnosing mental health disorders as well as identifying learning or intellectual disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments/reassessments, individualized recovery plan, safety plan, legal’s, advanced directive (if applicable) for assigned individuals in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with assigned therapist/paraprofessional on caseload regarding identified goals to support development of individualized recovery plan (IRP).
- Complete documentation training to ensure understanding of services rendered.
- Provide referral recommendations based on individual(s) needs.
Traveling Required Candidate Requirements:
- Credentials (LPC, LCSW or Advanced Licensure etc.)
- Minimum of Masters Degree in Psychology/Counseling/Social Work/Human Services
- Knowledgeable of Therapeutic Interventions/Techniques for C&A and Adults.

DSM-5 ICD-10
