Compensation:

The pay for thisposition is $30.00 per hour Benefits are available to full-timeemployees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company matchis available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on oureligibility dates

Highlights:

This position is a contractassignment with potential to hire on permanently based uponattendance, performance, and business needs The requiredavailability for this position is Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pmEST This is a fully remote, telework role, but the candidate mustreside in the state of Kentucky and have reliable transportationFlexibility to work beyond core hours may be required to meetmember needs (after school, evenings, etc.)

Responsibilities:

Evaluate members’ healthcare needs using assessments, benefitreviews, and internal/external resources Identify high-risk factorsand implement early, proactive interventions Develop and monitorwellness care plan activities Collaborate with medical directors,case managers, and health programs using a holistic care approachEscalate quality of care issues and advocate for appropriatehealthcare services Utilize motivational interviewing and coachingto engage members and encourage healthy decision-making Ensureproper documentation and compliance with regulatory and companypolicies

Requirements:

Must reside in the state of Kentucky Minimumof 6 months experience in Foster Care, juvenile justice systems,Behavioral Health Services, Trauma-informed Care, ACEs, CrisisIntervention, or related services applicable to the Kentucky SKYpopulations Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health,social services, social work, psychology, sociology, marriage andfamily therapy, or counseling At least 1 year of experience usingMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

3years of experience in behavioral health or human services fieldsFamiliarity with motivational interviewing and case conferencingbest practices

Education:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree ornon-licensed Master’s level clinician in a behavioral health orhuman services field

Required:
