Key Responsibilities :
Support students in overcoming personal, behavioral, and academic challenges Guide students in creating educational, career, and life goals Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success Provide mental health resources and crisis intervention when needed Assist with development and implementation of individualized plans for student support ?
Required Education & Licensure :
Candidates must meet one of the following qualification paths:
Option A :
Master’s degree in School Counseling Current valid educator license with appropriate School Counseling Endorsement Additional certifications in Mental Health or Behavioral Counseling highly preferred
Option B :
Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work Master’s in School Guidance Counseling preferred Licensed Professional Counselor / Mental Health Service Provider ( LPC/MHSP ) strongly preferred ?
