Primary Responsibilities:

• Screen andassess patients for common mental health and substance abusedisorders
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions usingvarious approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy,dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients forchanges in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects orcomplications

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in psychology,social work, or a related counseling field
• Must have a clear,active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the stateof practice
• Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider inthe Medicare program or able to terminate opt-out (if applicable)prior to starting a new position

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2years of professional experience post master’s degree providingbehavioral health services
• Experience providing directpsychotherapy services to individuals and families
• Experienceworking with computers for professional communication and medicaldocumentation – Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)

The salary range for this role is $58,300 to $114,300 annually. Payis based on several factors including but not limited to locallabor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
