The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to clients in an outpatient setting, utilizing various therapeutic techniques including psychotherapy, crisis management, and specialized counseling approaches. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices. Offer specialized counseling services in areas such as dance therapy, gender issues, and child family counseling. Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver remote counseling services when necessary. Manage crisis situations effectively, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients. Perform diagnostic evaluations to identify mental health disorders and recommend treatment options. Engage in ongoing research to stay current with best practices in the field of mental health counseling. Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
