Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced LicensedMental Health Clinician to join our esteemed group practice. Thisclinician will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services ona fee-for-service basis, working with a diverse client demographic thatincludes children, adults, and elders. The role involves a variety oftherapeutic formats such as individual, group, family, and couplestherapy, delivered both in-person and via telehealth platforms incompliance with Massachusetts telehealth guidelines.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide a range of trauma informed andculturally supportive therapeutic services including individual, group,family, and couples therapy.
  • Build strong, confidential relationshipswith clients, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
  • Serve a diverseclientele, addressing the needs of children, adults, and elders.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, accurately diagnose mental healthdisorders, and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain aminimum of 26 billable hours per work week.
  • Employ evidence-basedtreatment models to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Accurately andpromptly document all clinical work using EHR Documentation Systems.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionalsfor holistic care.
  • Participate in staff meetings and supervision asrequired.
  • Comply with all state regulations and ethical guidelines.
  • Qualifications:
  • Current Massachusetts licensure as a mental healthclinician (e.g., LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC).
  • Candidates with an MSWscheduling their LCSW exam are also welcome to apply.
  • Candidates whoare prelicensure MHC who are scheduling their
LMHC/LMFT

exam are alsowelcome to apply.

  • Candidates with MHC needing supervision and hours tomeet prelicensure status.
  • Experience with evidence-based therapymodels.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) andtelehealth systems.
  • Strong clinical documentation skills: familiaritywith platforms like Simple Practice is a plus.
  • CANs certificationexperience is beneficial.
  • Being bilingual is preferred but notrequired.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • I-9 documentation and a validstate ID.
  • Credentialing with specific insurances that Berkshire Heartand Mind Therapy is contracted with (assistance provided upon hiring).
  • A current and valid NPI number and taxonomy code number that will beobtained upon hiring if not already obtained by applicant.
  • Benefits:

  • 7 hours Admin time.
