About Us:

Rebuilding First Responders Program is an outpatient behavioral health program exclusively serving the first responder community. Our team is comprised of clinicians and staff with direct experience in law enforcement, fire services, EMS, corrections, dispatch, and military service. We are expanding and seeking dedicated professionals to join our specialized care team.

Position Summary:

We are hiring a Part-Time Group Facilitator to lead therapy groups for first responders managing mental health and/or substance use challenges. The ideal candidate will have personal or professional experience within the first responder community and a strong understanding of the culture, stressors, and unique challenges these individuals face.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate two structured therapy groups per shift. Conduct in-person groups during daytime hours and virtual groups in the evening (6:00PM – 9:00PM). Support patients with meaningful, culturally competent group facilitation. Work closely with the Clinical Director and care team to ensure quality of care. Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing clinical development.

Qualifications:

Current or former first responder (fire, police, EMS, dispatch, corrections, military) strongly preferred. OR prior experience facilitating groups for first responders in outpatient or inpatient mental health or substance use settings. Group facilitation experience required. Strong clinical understanding of first responder behavioral health, trauma, and recovery. Ability to build rapport and maintain a supportive, structured group environment. Flexibility in scheduling daytime and evening shifts.

Schedule & Compensation:
