Family Counseling Associates, part of the Optum family ofbusinesses, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join ourteam in Newburyport, MA. Primary Responsibilities:

• Screen andassess patients for common mental health and substance abusedisorders
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions usingvarious approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy,dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients forchanges in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects orcomplications

RequiredQualifications:

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or arelated counseling field
• Clear, active and unrestricted license([LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT]) in the state of Massachusetts
• Currentlyeligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicare program orable to terminate opt-out (if applicable) prior to starting a newposition

Preferred Qualifications :

• 2 years of professionalexperience post master’s degree providing behavioral healthservices
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services toindividuals and families
• Experience working with computers forprofessional communication and medical documentation – Excel,Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)

Connecting. Growing together. The salary range for this role is$59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay isbased on several factors including but not limited to local labormarkets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
