GREENFIELD CBHC ESP
Clinician CSO is looking for Clinicians to work inour CBHC (Community Behavioral Health Clinic) Emergency Services Program(ESP.) Our Emergency Service Programs (ESPs) offer clients behavioralhealth assessments, intervention and stabilization (for youth, familiesand adults,) 24-hour availability, and are a preferred alternative tohospital emergency departments. We provide daily assessment and briefcounseling, case management, nursing support and peer support. Thisposition will provide clinical assessments and interventions toindividuals experiencing a mental health emergency and clients in theagency’s CBHC/Respite programs.
You Will:
Conduct trauma informedmental health assessment of individuals experiencing a mental healthemergency and provide appropriate disposition. Consult to medicalpersonnel, police and other collaterals as indicated Respond to clientsat the most natural setting that is safe and feasible following the riskguidelines of the CBHC Program. This includes homes, schools,residential programs, group homes, nursing facilities, and othersettings including hospitals as needed. Provide clinical services toresidents of the Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) program includingrisk assessment for unplanned discharges and screening interviews forinpatient step-down admissions Maintain positive professional relationswith other agencies and community partner/hospitals; represent CBHCservices professionally and act as a liaison with community agenciesComplete all initial and ongoing credentialing requirements for thosehospitals where employee will be providing services including obtainingrequired vaccinations, tox screens, and safety/health educationcompetencies (Necessary vaccinations/x-rays are responsibility ofemployee) Attend in-service trainings on evidence-based best practicesand other topics as appropriate, and participate in quality improvementinitiatives Receive regular supervision meetings and monthly staffmeetings with the

YourBackground:
Clinical Master’s degree Post Master’s Degree workexpertise (preferred) Must be eligible for or hold highest level ofMassachusetts’ licensure in appropriate discipline, LICSW or LMHC(preferred) Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Bilingualcandidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
