Under the direction of the Director of Integrated Behavioral Health Operations performs a wide variety of duties in Southcoast Physician Group (SPG) Practices. Provides direct clinical service for an array of general behavioral health conditions in an integrated team-based model of care Clinical service may be pre-scheduled and/or urgent basis and include consultation/assessment, support and linkage to services, psychoeducation, brief interventions, and counseling to promote positive health oues. Participates in quality improvement initiatives and assists in developing behavioral health programming as requested.
Qualifications
A Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
Independent licensure as an LICSW or LMHC in the state of Massachusetts required.
Additional licensure in the state of Rhode Island is preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years experience providing direct clinical behavioral health services.
Strong understanding of behavioral health issues, treatment modalities, and social determinants of health.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities and patient needs.
Experience with electronic medical record systems and documentation requirements.
Current Massachusetts Independent Clinical Licensure (LICSW/LMHC) is required.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the

virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Compensation:
Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Pay Range
USD $60,403.20 – USD $103,459.20 /Yr.
