The role involves providing evidence-based therapy for clients with
OCD/ACT/ERP.
Our practice provides in-person and virtual therapy and psychopharmacology services to individuals throughout their lifespan. Our setting is welcoming, diverse, encouraging, and cooperative. Our dedicated intake and administrative team handles our extensive client referrals. You’ll be able to concentrate on your clinical duties while also taking advantage of clinical consultation opportunities. Our mental healthcare team consists of licensed psychotherapists, board-certified psychiatrists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners. As an
OCD/ACT/ERP
therapist, you will provide compassionate, client-centered care to individuals and families affected by OCD and related disorders, assisting them in achieving lasting recovery and an improved mental health experience. You will collaborate with a growing team.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver evidence-based therapy(ERP, ACT, and Exposure Therapy)for clients with OCD and anxiety disorders. Experience with exposure therapy Complete documentation and treatment planning in a timely and thorough manner Perform assessments and evaluations to diagnose and assess the severity of OCD, anxiety, and related disorders. Educate clients and their families on the nature of OCD and anxiety. Maintain accurate and confidential client records following state and federal guidelines. Stay updated with research and continuing education related to OCD and anxiety treatment.
Qualifications:
Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field Valid state licensure or can sit for licensure in the state of Massachusetts Specialized training in the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders At least [2] years of clinical experience treating OCD and anxiety (preferred) Excellent communication and organizational skills

Experience in telehealth and online counseling platforms Ability to work with diverse populations and various anxiety-related presentations Dedication to ongoing professional development in the field of OCD and anxiety treatment
