Job Summary The Clinician will provide comprehensive mental health services to clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs. The Clinician will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and deliver evidence-based interventions. The goal is to support clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral well-being through trauma-informed, holistic care, fostering resilience and lasting recovery. Supervisory Responsibilities None. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities aligned with trauma-informed care.
  • Foster a supportive, empathetic environment that emphasizes client strengths and personal agency.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify goals, develop coping skills, and implement strategies for recovery.
  • Monitor client progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of clinical sessions, treatment progress, and relevant reports.
  • Partner with other healthcare providers and community resources to coordinate care and support clients’ holistic needs.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping mechanisms.
  • Stay informed of current best practices, evidence-based treatments, and trauma-informed approaches.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, ethical standards, and licensing requirements. Required Skills and Abilities
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental demeanor.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and holistic treatment modalities.
  • Skilled in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Organizational skills to manage documentation, treatment plans, and compliance requirements.
  • Flexibility and resilience in handling complex client needs. Education and Experience
  • Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current state licensure (LMHC).
  • Experience working with trauma, mental health disorders, and diverse populations preferred.
  • Familiarity with holistic and integrative treatment approaches is a plus. Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting, listening, and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed for organizational and client needs.
