Responsibilities Include:

:

Provide clinical therapy and case management in a manner consistentwith the philosophy and objectives of Walden Behavioral Care andthe NASW Conduct psychosocial assessments, participate in treatmentplanning, and discharge planning for an average of 6-7 patients.

Manage cases for primarily with the adult population with theexpectation of handling adolescent cases, as needed. Conductindividual, group and family therapy. Conduct crisis interventionand liaison services with referral sources. Work to ensure that allrequired documentation is completed in a timely and professionmanner. Work collaboratively with the treatment team and Waldencontinuum.

Qualifications:

: • PhD, PsyD, Master’s Degree in SocialWork, Psychology, or Counseling Minimum of 2 years’ experienceproviding direct clinical care in a mental health setting,preferably in an eating disorders program Independent Licensepreferred CPR certification, required Must have strong clinical,organizational and communication skills Must possess knowledge ofpsychiatric group process, therapeutic relationships processes, agespecific growth and development, limit setting and behaviormanagement, crisis management with aggressive behaviors. Strongorganizational and communication skills Attention to detail andability to prioritize independently Ability to multi-task in achanging and fast paced mental health environment Ability to workin a highly collaborate, team environment Ability to communicateverbally and in writing.
