Responsibilities Include:

: Provide individual, group, andfamily therapy for clients in our residential program Collaboratewith a multidisciplinary treatment team including psychiatrists,nurses, dietitians, and direct care staff Develop, implement, andtrack individualized treatment plans in alignment withevidence-based best practices Serve as the primary therapist for acaseload of clients, supporting them through the full treatmentjourney Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliancewith clinical and regulatory standards Support family therapysessions and discharge planning as needed

Qualifications:

Education:

Master’s Degree in

Social Work, Psychology, orCounseling Experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience providingdirect clinical care in a mental health setting, preferably in aneating disorders program

Licensure/Certification:

LCSW, LICSW,LMHC, PhD, PsyD, LMFT, preferred License Eligible, required CPRcertification, required

Knowledge:

Must have strong clinical,organizational and communication skills Must possess knowledge ofpsychiatric group process, therapeutic relationships processes, agespecific growth and development, limit setting and behaviormanagement, crisis management with aggressive behaviors.

Requiredcompetencies:

Strong organizational and communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to prioritize independently Abilityto multi-task in a changing and fast paced mental healthenvironment Ability to work in a highly collaborate, teamenvironment Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
