Metro Treatment Unit(Adolescent detention center),

Dorchester, MA Schedule:

Full-time,40 hours per week Tuesday-Saturday schedule Pay rate:$66,500-$68,000/annually

The Clinician :

Works as part of an interdisciplinary team; planning and providingindividually tailored treatment for DYS committed male-identifiedyouth Develops and implements treatment plans for a caseload ofyouth within a secure residential setting. Facilitates groups,namely Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Substance Use, andViolent Offender curriculum. Treatment includes individual sessionsand family treatment sessions when applicable. CB QualificationsQualifications:

Master’s Degree in a clinical discipline such asSocial Work and/or Psychology; PhD in APA approved psychologyprograms also meet qualifications; or Master’s level candidates whoare eligible for as an LMHC in Massachusetts. Licensed candidatesare preferred but not required Candidates are preferred to haveexperience in working with adolescents and their families,conducting suicide risk assessments, and providing crisisstabilization and management
