You will provide patients with behavioral and mentalhealth treatments, including individual and group therapy,medication management, and intensive outpatient programs.

PositionHighlights & Primary Responsibilities:

• Form excellentprovider-patient alliances and coordinate care with externalproviders
• Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provideongoing medication management
• Participate in enriching thetraining experience of our graduate students
• Screen and assesspatients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
• Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions usingtreatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy,dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients forchanges in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects orcomplications
• Opportunities to represent the practice incommunity presentations and lectures

RequiredQualifications:

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or arelated counseling field
• Clear, active and unrestricted license(LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) in the state of practice

PreferredQualifications:

• 2 years professional social work/clinicalexperience post Master’s degree
• Experience providing directpsychotherapy services to individuals and families
• Experienceworking with computers for professional communication and medicaldocumentation – Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)
