We pride ourselves on quality care for those we serve by allowing clinicians to build their own ideal caseload of clients. We believe the best clinicians are the ones who are seeing the client base they feel skilled in treating and not just any case being assigned to them. BCC is looking for a clinician to join our practice who enjoys working with children and LGBT+ community. We are looking for someone who can build strong therapeutic relationships with clients to foster long term success. As well as someone how wants to be part of a team and build connections with their co-workers.

Responsibilities:

Manage your individual caseload Complete session notes in a timely manner Contact clients and referrals for scheduling Participate in CEU trainings Keep licensure up to date and in good standing Maintain a clean and comfortable office space Provide quality therapeutic care to all client on your caseload Communicate with outside collateral contacts as needed Ensure high risk clients are provided adequate outside resources for support if needed

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other Human Services field Independently licensed (or license eligible) Excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledge of and comfort working with LGBTQ+ clients Proficiency in Simple Practice a plus but not required Familiar with Microsoft office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel Empathy, understanding, and acceptance of client struggles as they work to improve
